Located along the beautiful Black River just outside of Black River Falls you will find a great outdoor getaway. Featuring 800 feet of river frontage on property that has been in the family since 1919. With a beautiful on-sight boat landing you can fish, swim, boat, waterski, kayak or canoe at your leisure. Bring your ATV because we are on the ATV trail system connecting to hundreds of miles of scenic trails in Wisconsin.

McSweets RV-Resort has plenty of room to accommodate campers with motor coaches to RV trailers large and small, as well as tent campers, all with room for vehicles and power toys like boats and ATVs. Our main grounds offer full electric and sewer connections on all sites. In addition, we are proud to supply the finest quality potable water throughout the grounds, and served in our pub as well.
Our spotless bathhouse with showers and laundromat is open year round. You’ll find our rates are enjoyably affordable, especially considering the convenient river, trail, and entertainment availability at our pub.
Our Campgrounds offers a special little area we call the "Honey Hole". Tucked in the woods right next to the river. With three sites available there's plenty of room for RV Trailers or just tent camping. You'll have electric hookup and water, but no sewer connection. Great for a small group together for a weekend or longer.

We do our best to make our RV-Resort as comfortable and accommodating as possible for our guests. We offer an extended season to our Seasonal Campers running from April – October. We can also offer sites after-season without water or sewer but access to our bathhouse, to accommodate our bear, turkey, deer hunters well into late November as Black River Falls is well known as the Deer Capital of Wisconsin.
We also offer our returning seasonal campers the option to store their RVs on site over winter at no additional fee.
At the heart of our property is our lovable little Irish Pub. Our pub features garage doors that open as weather permits to enjoy the deck and view of the river. With extra seating on the deck you’ll be able to grab a pizza and enjoy live music most weekends, Bingo night or Open Mic night for musicians on Thursdays. Featuring our always friendly bartenders (according to our Yelp reviews!), you’ll be sure to enjoy our company when you wonder down from your campsite.
Throughout the year we have car shows, Rat Rod events and our annual Carburetor Cruise, a bike event held the third weekend in August. Also, the last Friday of every month is bike night with music and food. Come and join the fun during your stay, or just anytime you feel the need to ‘Get Your Irish On’. Slainte!

There's great hiking at the nearby Castle Mound Park and Levis/Trow Mounds, both with fabulous panoramic views of the area. The Foundation Trail is a beautiful hike or bike four mile loop that meanders throughout the entire downtown Black River Falls area.
If mountain biking is more your style, Levis offers riding conditions ranging from easy to very difficult trail loops.
Canoe, kayak or pontoon the breathtaking Black River. We have a launch on site, and boat slip available, with lots of room to store equipment. In addition there are dozens of other access points and multiple lakes to explore including nearby Lake Wazee and Lake Arbutus.
Fishing here is at its best! Muskies, walleye, small mouth bass, and catfish galore. Bring your poles!
Pleasure boating on pontoon or jet ski, or waterskiing behind your speedboat. There's plenty of water for your toys.
Right down the road from us is the HoChunk Casino featuring table games, slots, as well as entertainment and food.
Venture to Creekside Winery, Tenba Ridge, Brambleberry Winery just to name a few in the area. If beer is more your preference, our local Sand Creek Brewery is located in downtown Black River Falls.
Downtown Black River Falls has several unique shops to find that unique treasure.
McSweets RV Resort is a New RV campground resort with great potential. A beautiful piece of property. Convenient to Interstate, Black River Falls exit #115. Manager & Owner are Super friendly, helpful & responsive. They have a Clean Bath house and laundry on site. Recommend it to others and look forward to future developments.
Nice clean campground and shower house directly across the road from the bar. We enjoyed a pizza and beer at the bar. McSweet’s is a gem! I can only imagine how warmer weather camping here can be a good time. We were impressed and would love to stay again if we come by this way again!
We've traveled the country for over 5 years. McSweets RV Resort is one of the good ones. McSweets isn't a concrete/asphalt parking lot. It's a gently sloping grass field overlooking a turtle pond and the Black River. If you are unable or unwilling to level your unit, you may want to find an RV parking lot type park. Because McSweets is wide open, the full hook-up sites can handle units of all shapes and sizes. The owners are great folks and do what they can to make your stay comfortable. McSweets Irish Pub is a real bonus
